Weave Core offices, like yours, have a practice management system (PMS) that does not integrate with Weave. This means there isn't a way for Weave to automatically pull your customer information from the PMS. 

The solution is to export your customer data from your PMS and upload the data into Weave. Once your customer data is in Weave, you can use awesome features like Auto Text Reminders, Email Marketing, Birthday Wishes, and more!

In this course you'll learn how to:

  1. Export customer data from your practice management system
  2. Format the CSV file so it can be received by Weave
  3. Upload your CSV file to Weave
